In the latest version of our app, we have rolled out Thank You Message to help you make your first time customers smile.
Show a Thank You Message to new shoppers after checking out their first order
If you turn on the Thank You Message, your customers will see an overlay like the screenshot below after checking out their first order. You can customize the thank you message and the image. It will also ask your new customers who check out without creating their store accounts to sign up and receive the loyalty points for the order.
If you want to turn on the Thank You Message, please follow the steps below:
- G to S Loyalty Console > Personalization > Thank You Message
- Click "Show on Desktop and Mobile"
