Our program retrieves customer information from your Bigcommerce / Shopify store from time to time and update our records accordingly. If you want to change your customer's email address (or any other customer information), you just need to update your customer’s profile on your Bigcommerce or Shopify store and our record will be updated automatically!
There could be a short delay between the time you update your Bigcommerce / Shopify record and when our record is updated. So, don't panic if you do not see the update on our app Admin Console immediately.
