Apart from viewing your customers’ loyalty point records from the “Customers” tab of our app Admin Console, you can also download a CSV file with the customers' email addresses and their loyalty points balance from there.
[For users who installed before S Loyalty before May 2017]
When you are at the “Customers” tab of our app Admin Console, click “Download all customers who have earned points in CSV” under the customer search bar. Then click “Confirm” in the "Download all customers who have earned points in CSV" dialog.
[For existing S Loyalty 2.0 users]
When you are at the “Customers” tab of our app Admin Console, click “Download Customers CSV” under the customer search bar. Then click “Confirm” in the "Download Customers CSV" dialog.
Our system will prepare the CSV file upon receiving the request and send an email with the link to download the CSV file to your registered email address once the file is ready!

Row A: Customer name
Row B: Customer email
Row C: Status (active/ not a member)
Not a member: the customer has not created an account on your Shopify store yet. (i.e., has not created a password for login)
Row D: Points Balance
Row E: Rewards Redeemed
Row F: Points expired
Row G & H: Points expiration
