Adding or subtracting loyalty points manually

You can add/ subtract points for your customers manually via our app Admin Console.

  1. Go to the “Customers” tab of our app Admin Console
  2. Search for the Customers
  3. Under the “Points History” section, click "Add points" / "Subtract points"

  4. Enter the number of points you want to add / subtract and the description in the dialog

  5. Click “Apply”

* You can add points to any of your customers who have left their email addresses with you but do not have a registered account yet. However, these customers will not be able to see or use their loyalty points until they register a customer account at your store.
