You can add/ subtract points for your customers manually via our app Admin Console.
- Go to the “Customers” tab of our app Admin Console
- Search for the Customers
- Under the “Points History” section, click "Add points" / "Subtract points"
- Enter the number of points you want to add / subtract and the description in the dialog
- Click “Apply”
* You can add points to any of your customers who have left their email addresses with you but do not have a registered account yet. However, these customers will not be able to see or use their loyalty points until they register a customer account at your store.
