What are the differences between on / off / paused rewards?
"ON" : Reward is available for customers' redemption.
"OFF" : Reward is unavailable for redemption. Customers do not see "OFF" rewards.
"Paused" : Reward is unavailable for redemption due to outstanding issues. Customers do not see “Paused” rewards. Click the "Take Action" button to learn more about how to resolve these issues (see below conditions).
In the calculations of number of rewards in different subscription plans, only "ON" and "Paused" rewards are included.
If my rewards are paused, what action should I take?
If your rewards are paused, it is likely due to the following reasons:
- Your reward item is deleted or no longer displayed on storefront.
- The product ID or name of your reward item has changed (for specific product/collection).
- The product url has changed (for specific product/collection).
- Your trial has expired
To resolve the issue, follow the instructions to subscribe/upgrade to a plan.
