What are the differences between on / off / paused rewards?
"ON" : Reward is available for customers' redemption.
"OFF" : Reward is unavailable for redemption. Customers do not see "OFF" rewards.
"Paused" : Reward is unavailable for redemption due to outstanding issues. Customers do not see “Paused” rewards. Click the "Take Action" button to learn more about how to resolve these issues (see below).
In the calculations of number of rewards in different subscription plans, only "ON" and "Paused" rewards are included.
If my rewards are paused, what action should I take?
If your rewards are paused, it is likely due to the following reasons:

To resolve the issue, follow the instructions to create coupon code through Bookmarklet.
- Your trial has expired
To resolve the issue, follow the instructions to upgrade to a plan.
