Thank you for your support for Poll and Feedback by S Loyalty. We have been assisting users in understanding their customers better by gathering feedback from them since 2017, but we are sorry to announce that the Poll and Feedback app will be closing down on January 10, 2020. We made this hard decision in hopes of focusing on our flagship loyalty program app, which is the core of S Loyalty.
Our app will operate until January 10, 2020. After that date, access to the app console will no longer be available. If you are on a paid plan, you will not be charged starting November 12, 2019.
We understand that you may want to keep the previous poll reports for reference. To download the poll reports,
- Go to Shopify admin console > Apps > Poll and Feedback by S Loyalty
- On “My Polls” page, click “Download responses” for any polls you wish to review
